A: Most critiques land in 3–5 business days per round for documents up to the posted page caps. Larger docs are scheduled in phases.
Q: Do you analyze data?
A: Not by default. Add Data-Viz Polish for tables/figures. If you need new analyses, request a quote.
Q: What’s your AI policy?
A: I use AI only for admin tasks and idea organization—never to produce original academic content for clients. Your work remains your own.
Q: Refunds?
A: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if work has not begun. Rush fees and completed hours are non-refundable.
Q: Confidentiality?
A: All shared materials are confidential. I do not share drafts, data, or communications without your consent.
