This past weekend, I had the honor and pleasure of This weekend, I had the honor and pleasure of participating in OurTable presented by EndoBlack discussing Health Equity.

The conference featured various sessions geared towards multiple aspects of endometriosis including motherhood, business ownership, and health equity.

Tia Mowry-Hardrict, a fellow Endo-SIster even led a discussion!

It has been so powerful to be in a "room" full of women battling endometriosis, handling their care, and demonstrating true resilience and transparency.

My session focused on Health Equity: the current state of it, the causes of it, and how we can rectify things going forward.

Endometriosis is a condition that...honestly, can take you low but I was reminded this past weekend, that while it is okay to go low, you cannot stay low. I am energized and galvanized to continue my work and to continue it with new fervor! Onward and Upward!
